To request a new email account or domain please contact your primary Lanex contact.
If you are requesting a new email account, or wish to change an existing account, the requesting email must be from the same domain. For Example, if you are requesting a change to email@example.com, the email must come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
All requests for mailbox changes must be in writing. We prefer that you do this by email, but you may send a fax on your letterhead if you do not have email for a new domain.
