To request a new email account or domain please drop an email to your primary Lanex email contact. Normally this will be Dave or Herb. If you are requesting a new email account, or wish to change an existing account, the requesting email must be from the same domain. For Example, if you are requesting a change to someone@yourdomain.com, the email must come from yourmailaccount@yourdomain.com.

All requests for mailbox changes must be in writing. We prefer that you do this by email, but you may send a fax on your letterhead if you do not have email for a new domain.

When you write us about your email change request or mailbox addition, please include the information below. Doing so will speed up the processing of your request.

Information needed to process mailbox create/edit requests:

1. First Name of mailbox holder
2. Last Name of mailbox holder
3. Complete email address (ie newbox@mydomain.com)
4. Password
5. Mail server name for your domain (ie mail3.lanex.com, or which ever server your domain is using).

One last note, if you are requesting a new mailbox and it will be replacing an existing one, we sure appreciate it if you have the old one deleted when it is no longer needed.
